You don’t need another productivity hack.
And you definitely don’t need someone telling you to “just breathe.”
What you need are real tools to help your nervous system calm down, so you can feel grounded, clear, and like yourself again.
Because holding it all together 24/7?
That’s exhausting.

If Any of These Feel Uncomfortably Accurate...
Your brain replays conversations from 2018
You're everyone's emotional support human
You say "yes" automatically, then regret it later
Rest makes you feel suspicious
Just "relax" makes you irrationally angry

You look fine on paper.
You show up.
You perform.
You get shit done.
But behind the scenes?
Your anxiety has anxiety.
You say "yes," when your body is screaming, "Hell no!"
You want peace, but you don't have the energy to overhaul your entire life.
You're not broken.
Your nervous system isn't broken.
It has just learned some survival patterns that no longer serve you.
What if calm was something your nervous system learned?
Wobble to Zen is a 6-week guided experience for women who are:
Overwhelmed but self-aware
High-functioning yet emotionally fried
Done performing wellness instead of actually feeling better
This isn’t about fixing you.
It's about unlearning everything that taught you to abandon yourself just to keep the peace.
We move gently.
We move honestly.
We wobble.
And slowly, we build zen.
Who the hell am I to guide you?

Hey, I’m Kristina!
For most of my life, I believed success meant climbing the corporate ladder.
Work hard.
Show up.
Prove yourself.
And for most of my 19-year career, that formula worked.
Then about six months into what I thought was my dream job, everything changed.
A new manager came in, and for the first time in my career, I experienced something I hadn’t before.
Micromanagement.
Constant criticism.
My intentions were questioned.
My confidence slowly chipped away.
Suddenly, everything I had built over nearly two decades seemed to disappear.
I was treated like a brand-new employee who didn’t know what she was doing.
And day by day, my anxiety grew.
My brain was constantly running.
Replaying conversations.
Thinking about what I should say.
What I wish I could say… but couldn’t without risking my job.
Every day started with that familiar feeling in my stomach.
The knots.
The heart-sinking dread.
And eventually it started spilling into every part of my life.
I was exhausted.
Short-tempered.
Emotional.
Low energy.
I cried more than I’d like to admit.
And at some point, I had a realization that stopped me in my tracks: This can’t be what success is supposed to feel like.
Because if it was… I wasn’t willing to keep doing it.
That realization became my “enough moment.”
So I started looking for something that could help me come back to myself.
That’s when I found yoga. Yoga helped me feel grounded in ways I hadn’t experienced before.
But even with that outlet, the anxiety didn’t fully go away.
The knots in my stomach were still there.
So I started searching for more tools. More resources. More ways to understand why my mind and body were reacting the way they were.
And that search is what eventually became Wobble to Zen.
Because somewhere along the way, my definition of success changed.
Success no longer meant sacrificing myself for someone else’s expectations.
It meant building something meaningful.
Something honest.
Something that might help other people who feel the same way I did.
I’m still at that job today.
I still have difficult days sometimes.
I still drink my wine instead of practicing yoga.
But the difference now is that I understand my triggers.
I know how to calm my nervous system. And I no longer allow that voice to live in my head rent-free.
That’s the work we’ll start doing together in this course.
Not to eliminate life’s challenges.
But to give you tools to come back to yourself when life inevitably wobbles and knocks you off balance.
Because perfection isn’t the goal here.
And it never was.
Learning how to bounce back faster is.
Wobble to Zen: 6-Week Reset is a roadmap through the WOBBLE Method, where you’ll learn how to:
Wake up to where you are (and stop pretending you’re fine).
Observe your triggers without judgment.
Build boundaries that stick.
Break your inner critic cycle.
Learn to self-regulate your nervous system.
Evolve into your best, most grounded self.
This isn’t about becoming perfect.
It’s about becoming aware, regulated, and steady.
